Coil Basket Worry Doll Workshop

Saturday 27th November 2021 Online via Zoom 10.00 – 16.00 (with care breaks) £10

This workshop is the perfect way to help your well-being while learning a new practical skill. Using upcycled and recycled materials we will learn how to make a fabric coiled basket, which will act as the body of the doll. We will learn the story of worry dolls from different cultures and societies and how they have helped both children and adults in well-being and mental health. The basket acts as a vessel to hold the worry allowing peace of mind for the maker.

A basic material kit will be sent to every participant via Post.
